What did you make?
CHERRY COBBLER
Where did you find this recipe?
I COMBINED TWO DIFFERENT RECIPES. I USED A CHERRY COBBLER RECIPE BY ASHLEY ADAMS ON DAIRYFREECOOKING.ABOUT.COM, AND A GLUTEN-FREE BISCUIT RECIPE FROM GLUTEN FREE LOVIN IT.
Did you make any changes to the recipe?
YES. I USED THE BISCUIT RECIPE FOR THE ENTIRE TOPPING OF THE COBBLER. I USED EARTH BALANCE SOY FREE BAKING STICKS INSTEAD OF BUTTER IN THAT RECIPE AND I USED A FOOD PROCESSOR TO MIX THE DOUGH. I ENDED UP BAKING THE COBBLER FOR ABOUT 27 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
Did you enjoy making this recipe?
YES I DID.
What did you like most about this recipe?
THE SMELL OF THE CHERRIES COOKING.
What was your least favorite part?
I LIKED IT ALL!
How does it taste?
LIKE CHERRIES UNDER A NOT-SO-CRUNCHY CRACKER. IT WAS YUMMY!
Do you think other kids could make this recipe?
YEAH, IT WAS PRETTY EASY.
Would you make this recipe again in the future?
YES I WOULD.
Would you try making any other flavor of cobbler?
YES, I WOULD TRY APPLE.
