I USED EARTH BALANCE SOY FREE BAKING STICKS IN THE ICING INSTEAD OF SHORTENING. I USED REGULAR VANILLA, OLIVE OIL AND AGAVE SYRUP. I DID NOT USE ALL OF THE ICING BECAUSE THERE WAS A LOT OF IT. I ALSO USED MY CANDIED ORANGE PEELS ON TOP OF THE CUPCAKES.

MY LEAST FAVORITE PART WAS GRATING THE ORANGE PEEL BECAUSE THE ORANGE JUICE KEPT GETTING ON MY HANDS AND IT MADE THE ORANGE SLIPPERY.
How does it taste?
IT TASTES AWESOME! MY FAMILY LOVED IT.
